Since forming in 2000 to undertake workshop activities for the Australian Defence Forces F-111 aircraft at RAAF Base Amberley, TAE has grown to become Australia’s leading military turbine engine maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) business now specialising in the GE F404 and F414 engines of the Hornet and Super Hornet. We are now located at the RAAF Base in Amberley, Brisbane Airport in Queensland and RAAF Base Williamtown in New South Wales.
We also have highly-specialised aerospace manufacturing capabilities for aluminium vacuum brazing which are unique in Australia. This capabilityis now used to manufacture products for the Joint Strike Fighter.
